What can you expect?

• The training will take about four hours.
• We set a date to contact you via an online video meeting.
• During the session, we will create your project with you. You will be the owner, and we will be a collaborator. So we both can edit the project at the same time. You can see real-time what steps we take to create your project. And you can ask any question regarding the features of Windplanner.
• At the end of the training, your project is ready for sharing with stakeholders. And you will know exactly how you can do this yourself the next time.
• You can continue to use Windplanner during the free trial. After that, you decide whether you take a subscription.

What do you need to prepare?

• Location coordinates for the turbines of your project.
• Amount and type of turbines you like to place.
• Different layouts you like to compare.
• If required, 360 degrees photographs.

We will show you how to:

• Create a new project and invite members/collaborators/observers.
• use map layers
• Use turbine 3D-models.
• Place turbines/solar panels.
• Enter StreetView mode and create viewpoints.
• Calibrate (StreetView) photos.
• Use the masking tool, to show the turbine correctly in its surroundings.
• Create alternative layouts and switch between them.
• Adjust the color of the turbines, turn lights and markers on/off.
• Create an animation of the viewpoints.
• Change the angle of view.
• Do the final quality check.
• If needed, Upload 360 degrees photographs, including georeferencing.

The investment:

• For My first project we charge 575 euros and you need a regular subscription for Windplanner.
