The following conditions apply to our services:
- The subscription period for Windplanner is for a minimum of 12 months.
- Any add-ons will be related to the prolongation date of the subscription.
- Yearly prolongation will be done automatically.
- Cancellation can be done by e-mail to subscription@windplanner.com one month before prolongation date.
- You will receive an invoice with a payment period of 14 days.
- Windplanner is named-user based. So each user will get a personal account, linked to the email address of the employee.
- Travel and accommodation expenses are exclusive.
- Mentioned prices are excluding 21% VAT.
- Windplanner is a product of The Imagineers.
- Windplanner is a trade name of VIA Drupsteen in Beeld BV.
- VIA Drupsteen in Beeld BV uses the Terms and Conditions of Nederland ICT.
